2. Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability. You can book online through our website, send a chat/text, or give us a call.

3. What should I expect during my first visit?

During your first visit, you will complete a brief health intake form. Your therapist will then discuss your goals and any specific areas of concern before beginning the service. The session will be customized to your needs.

4. What should I wear during the ser?

For massage, professional draping is always provided, and you will remain draped throughout the service.

For facials, most clients remove their shirt, and we provide wraps for comfort and draping. However, for treatments like Hydrafacial, or if you prefer, you can keep your shirt on—just wear one with an open neckline so we can access your neck and shoulders.

Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll always make the service work for you!

5. How long are the massage sessions?

Service length depends on what you book:

• Massages are available in 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions, which include time to prepare and dress afterward.

• Facials are typically 60 minutes, except for express facials (30-45 minutes) and back facials (about 45 minutes).

7. Is massage safe for everyone?

Massage is generally safe for most people. However, if you have any specific health concerns or conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking a session. Your therapist will also review your health history and any contraindications during the initial consultation.

8. Do you offer any packages or memberships?

Yes, we offer various packages and memberships that provide discounted rates for regular clients. Please check our website or contact us for more details on current offers.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

• We understand that life happens, and plans change. Please call or text us if you need to cancel or reschedule last minute:

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee.

• If you are up to 10 minutes late, your service will continue as scheduled without adjustment.

• If you are between 10 and 20 minutes late, your service will be shortened and end at the originally scheduled time. You will be charged the full scheduled session price.

• If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

• If you believe you were incorrectly charged, you may submit an appeal in writing to appeals@erosbodyworks.com.

10. Do you accept walk-ins?
