Empowering Men's Health for Life's Adventures

Our lab testing helps men address concerns like low libido, fatigue, poor digestion, and thinning hair by uncovering root causes such as hormone imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, and digestive issues. It’s designed for men who want clear answers about their health and a path to feeling their best.

Simple & Accessible

Getting tested is quick and convenient. Most tests require a visit to your local Quest Diagnostics for professional sample collection, with results available in just a few days. For added flexibility, some labs offered at Eros Bodyworks include at-home kits for saliva or urine collection, allowing you to complete testing from the comfort of your home. • What is integrative health for men?
Integrative health for men focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of imbalances in the body, rather than just managing symptoms. At Eros Bodyworks, we take a personalized and functional approach to wellness, evaluating factors like hormones, digestion, nutrient levels, and stress response. This approach helps men achieve optimal health, energy, and vitality by promoting natural healing and long-term wellness.
  • How is this approach different than traditional healthcare?
Unlike conventional healthcare, which often focuses on diagnosing and treating specific diseases, integrative health looks at how the body functions as a whole. We aim to uncover imbalances and address them proactively through lifestyle, nutrition, and natural interventions, rather than waiting for a diagnosable disease to occur. This holistic approach empowers you to take charge of your health and feel your best. Please note, if you think you have a medical emergency or a condition that requires medical oversight, please see a licensed healthcare provider first.
  • What is the Eros Men's Vitality Panel?
The Eros Men's Vitality Panel is a comprehensive lab test that evaluates key health markers, including testosterone levels, immune function, nutrient status, digestion, and stress response. This test provides a deep understanding of your body's current state, helping us guide you toward a healthier, more vibrant life. We carefully created this lab panel with Quest Diagnostics to carefully look at key markers when it comes to overall mens health.
  • How do I run these labs?
We’ve partnered with Quest Diagnostics for blood draws, making it convenient to complete your testing at their locations. For certain labs, such as those requiring saliva, urine, or stool samples, we offer easy-to-use take-home kits. These allow you to collect samples in the privacy of your home and return them for analysis.
  • Does insurance cover these tests?
Insurance typically doesn’t cover functional health labs because this model focuses on function rather than diagnosing diseases. However, many clients have successfully submitted labs drawn at Quest Diagnostics to their insurance for reimbursement. Keep in mind that this process is done independently, and we cannot guarantee coverage.
  • Do I get a diagnosis?
No, we do not provide medical diagnoses. Instead, we focus on assessing and improving the overall function of your body. This holistic approach targets multiple aspects of your health to achieve balance and vitality. While we don’t treat any specific condition, our comprehensive testing can provide valuable insights that you can share with your doctor. When appropriate, we refer out for medical oversight.
  • How can functional health help with low testosterone or hormonal imbalances?
Our approach as Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioners (FDNP) is grounded in the D.R.E.S.S. framework: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress reduction, and Supplementation. By addressing the root causes of hormonal imbalances, such as poor digestion, nutrient deficiencies, or chronic stress, we help your body naturally restore balance. This can lead to improved testosterone levels, better energy, and enhanced overall wellness.
  • What can I do to age more gracefully and maintain vitality as I get older?
At Eros Bodyworks, we take a dual approach to aging gracefully. Internally, we use functional health strategies to optimize your hormones, digestion, and overall health. Externally, our advanced esthetician services, such as facials and treatments tailored to men’s skincare needs, help you maintain a youthful, vibrant appearance.
  • How much does it cost?
Lab tests range from $50 to several hundred dollars, with a full panel typically costing $300–$600. While you can order labs on your own and share them with your doctor, we recommend purchasing a package that includes results interpretation. This is because traditional medical models often view labs from an allopathic perspective, while we provide insights through a functional health lens. Please note, we are not doctors, and our interpretations are intended to support your overall wellness journey, not diagnose or treat any specific condition.
